Work Environment

You will find that our work structure is egalitarian, meaning roles and responsibilities are shared equally across members of the firm. Rotating responsibilities ensures everyone receives training in all areas. We also encourage you to take initiative and focus on an area of interest to you.

Our open-door policy means everyone in our organization is a potential resource you can use to learn from and develop your career. Past interns have appreciated our open atmosphere, whether to ask questions, discuss their career development or just to chat.
